The manufacturing and delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks maximum. We strive to shorten this period, which is already exceptional for custom-made products. Your parcel is insured up to the value of the jewel. Your package will be delivered to you by courier and will be handed over to you in person against signature. The parcel is sent in complete confidentiality (no mention of the brand or product).
Free Delivery
Delivery is complimentary within the European Union. Outside of these countries, please contact us to arrange delivery directly and find out what extra charge you will be charged.
Pick-up at our Premise
For all orders placed on our site it is possible to come and pick-up your order directly from our premises in Antwerp (Pelikaanstraat 62). Pick-up will be by appointment only.
