All our products are crafted with pure 18-karat gold and 100% natural diamonds. This means no treated, artificial or clarity intensified diamonds.
We provide GIA, HRD and IGI certificate which details the specifications of the diamond for your ready reference. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards conflict diamonds. We only buy diamonds through the most respected diamond manufacturers.
Yes, we provide lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship. It must be kept in mind that the warranty does not cover the normal depreciation and impairment incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss or theft.
We offer complimentary engraving services on select pieces. Please note, this may increase our delivery period.
Goods sold are non-refundable. All items are custom made to order therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing according to our guidelines prior to placing your online order. Resizing is at cost and is quoted on a case by case basis.
